Authorities on Wednesday sought the public's help to identify a man who grabbed and threatened to sexually assault a woman near the University of California, Berkeley campus. The woman was in the area of Hearst and Euclid avenues, north of the campus' Observatory Hill, just before 5:05 p.m. on Tuesday when the man approached her from behind, according to the Berkeley Police Department.
